Your market: Data & AI (aligned to our Microsoft ecosystem team). The Data market is broad, fast-moving and full of people who know immediately whether you understand their world. You do. From data engineers building pipelines and platforms to analytics leads shaping how insight reaches the business, you've built a network in this space, and you know the tools, the trends and the talent. At Experis, you'll have the backing to build something meaningful from that foundation.

  • Own, grow and scale a defined specialist technology market
  • Build a strong personal reputation as a trusted expert
  • Develop long term, relationship led client partnerships
  • Lead consultative, problem focused client conversations
  • Deliver solutions across permanent hire, projects, and alternative models
  • Build deep market knowledge and high-quality talent networks
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
