This role sits within one of our Strategic Accounts delivery teams, supporting a global consultancy client where scale, credibility and delivery excellence genuinely matter. This is a delivery-first, 180 recruitment role, built for experienced recruiters who want impact without sales distraction.
You'll operate within an established Strategic Account framework, stepping into a live, high-volume environment with consistent demand, senior stakeholder access and clear delivery expectations. There is no business development, desk-building or client acquisition.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of technology roles, from mid-level to senior positions.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Proven agency recruitment experience at Senior or Principal level.
- Experience delivering technology roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments, including:
- Software Development & Engineering (e.g. Java)
- SAP
- Infrastructure / Network Engineering
Alongside core delivery, you'll work within a broader ecosystem spanning Academy talent programmes, outcome-based Project Services, long-term Managed Services and global delivery capability. This allows you to deliver with greater credibility and impact, operating as a solutions-aware partner rather than a purely transactional recruiter.
Work on enterprise-scale technology programmes others don't access. Focus purely on delivery excellence, without BD dilution. Build credible technology specialism within structured, high-impact accounts. Leverage brand strength, solutions and global reach to deliver better outcomes.
