ServiceNow Tester Knutsford/hybrid – 2 days on site 6 months £300-365 per day – Umbrella only We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tester with a strong background in manual testing and test automation, specifically within ServiceNow ITSM and Automate Pro (Automation) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, solid knowledge of ITSM module testing, and a proven track record in the financial sector, preferably with UK banks. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for the ServiceNow ITSM module and Automate Pro. Perform manual testing of ServiceNow workflows and ensure alignment with business requirements. Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium for ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, ITSM leads, and stakeholders to identify and remediate defects. Validate configurations and customizations of ServiceNow ITSM and Automate Pro solutions.
