My client, a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager/Delivery Manager on a contract until year end. The role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid (on-site 3 days).
The main purpose of the role is to ensure consistency and efficiency amongst teams whilst software features are being developed amongst engineering. Collaboration amongst internal teams is vitally important.
- Responsibility for tracking all product features in progress with engineering and highlighting any blockages/risks.
- Ensure team follows aligned methodology on feature creation.
- Produce documentation on best practice for raising features in JIRA.
- Partner with engineering colleagues to improve effectiveness of the end-to-end development cycle.
- Partner with ongoing planning cycles, ensuring initiatives are scoped, resourced, and aligned with strategic company goals.
Must have experience in large scale Portfolio management and experience of using JIRA. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management is required for this role.
