This role sits within the Watchfinder team focused on driving digital growth through optimisation.

What Will You Do?

As a CRO Manager at Richemont, you will invent and deliver new revenue and engagement driving programs while evolving existing strategies across Watchfinder surfaces.

You will manage the optimisation and engagement roadmap covering A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation and personalisation to boost customer engagement.

Additionally, you will monitor core business KPIs, utilise a new CMS for systemised conversion testing, manage the Senior CRO executive, and collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
