This role supports the Digital & Technology function in building the personalisation ecosystem from the ground up.
As a CDP & Personalisation Consultant at RS Group, you will collaborate with technology teams to configure the CDP for scale, data quality, and real-time capabilities. You will establish the CDP Centre of Excellence, creating frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for personalisation and experimentation. Additionally, you will advise on audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation strategies to drive omnichannel customer experiences.
