What Will You Do?
As a Digital Product Manager at Gymshark, you will own and execute key parts of the Customer & Loyalty roadmap.
You will prioritise initiatives that improve retention, engagement and customer revenue.
You will work closely with engineers, designers and technical stakeholders to deliver product enhancements across web, app and IRL platforms.
Additionally, you will own and define the AB testing plan.
You will identify suitable test hypotheses and share pre and post analysis with the core squad.
You will translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements that enable scalable delivery.
