What Will You Do? As a Digital Acquisition & Conversion Manager at Capital Economics, you will own digital conversion performance across acquisition, evaluation and onboarding journeys to boost lead-to-trial and trial-to-engagement rates. You will lead CRO initiatives including A/B and multivariate testing to optimize landing pages, CTA architecture and user flows on the company website. Additionally, you will manage martech integrations across Salesforce, GA4 and Drupal while coordinating with external agencies to deliver structured optimization roadmaps and improved funnel analytics.
