What Will You Do?
As a Website Product Owner at Barclays, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PBWM web estate while leading migration to a modern headless CMS architecture. You will champion customer-centric design, accessibility, and continuous improvement by partnering with UX, analytics, and marketing teams to enhance usability, personalisation, and performance. Additionally, you will own and manage the CRO function and roadmap, ensuring all website activity meets regulatory, legal, and governance standards across global markets.
