The Account & Identity team provides the core frameworks like authentication, account creation, and identity access management that empower every other product squad at UW to build secure and seamless customer experiences.

As a Senior Product Manager at Utility Warehouse, you will design the future identity model by working across teams to deliver opportunities that boost the unique multi-service proposition. You will modernise customer account journeys by partnering with experience teams to build smooth registration and access experiences while maintaining tight security. Additionally, you will lead legacy migrations while defining the one-year vision and roadmap for the product area, setting KPIs with squads.
