What Will You Do?
As a CRO & Website Lead at Spiko, you will analyze user behavior with GA4, heatmapping tools, and sales insights to build a deep understanding of customer journeys.
You will own the full website roadmap, prioritize pages and redesigns, and manage delivery alongside design and engineering teams.
Additionally, you will craft and execute high-impact experiments, manage tracking accuracy, and turn performance data into actionable improvements that accelerate growth.
