What Will You Do? As a CRO Manager at Culligan, you will own the full conversion optimisation strategy and roadmap. You will drive funnel analysis, build an experimentation framework and deliver measurable lifts in conversion performance across domains. Additionally, you will partner closely with eCommerce and Performance Marketing leaders. You will design and govern A/B, multivariate and personalisation tests while ensuring governance, documentation and commercial impact remain at the centre of every initiative.
