Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage booking system forarriving guests, ensuring optimal table utilization and guestsatisfaction.
- Liaise with theManager/Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordinationbetween front-of-house and bar team.
- Greet andwelcome guests.
- Takereservations.
- Assist guestswith their coats, bags and other belongings, give them a ticket thatcorresponds to the number of their belongings.
- Store coats,bags and other personal belongings according to the ticket number and keep themsafe.
- Return guestitems and personal belongings.
- Manage thecleanliness of the lobby, cloakroom and washroom, by checking the areas on aregular interval.
About you:
- Experience ina similar role.
- Excitedto learn and develop.
- Bepassionate about mixology and customer relationship.
- Attentionto details and customer needs.
- Fluentlevel of English.
- Proofof eligibility to work in the UK.
