Cowley Manor, part of Experimental Group, is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to input and manage reservations for overnight stays and small groups, ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination with reception.
You will work under the Events Manager, handle enquiries by phone, email and online platforms, update guest profiles, allocate rooms, and support training.
Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred.
