Located in the Cotswold, Cowley Manor is one of the most famous buildings in the country. The luxury boutique hotel is composed of 31 rooms, a bar and a restaurant along with an incredible terrace, fantastic grounds and a stunning C-Side Spa. Based in: Cowley, Cheltenham.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet hotel guests and respond positively to their queries.
- Replace used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Dust and polish furniture.
- Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
- Check the mini bar, adding up the daily drinks bill and refilling it.
- Report any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.
- Collect laundry and dry cleaning for guests.
- Sort and count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company.
- Comply to all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
