The global franchise ‘MIRACLE’ has chosen Experimental for the 7th year running to host their Kitch Christmas themed cocktail bar. Duties & Responsibilities

Operations

• Learn the cocktails on the menu. Understand and know about the products used.
• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension.
• Assisting in setting and maintaining the standards for the bar service and cocktails quality.
• Assisting in training of new members of the Bar team

Guest Relation

• Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations.
• Take drinks orders.
• Deliver bills and take payments

Cleanliness, opening and closing of the bar

• Responsible for the opening and the closing of the bar, following the procedural list, from the set-up to taking out the rubbish at the end of the evening, and everything in between.
• The opening and closing duties are part of a collective effort from all team members, as is the cleanliness of the bar throughout the entire service.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.

• Desirable – Experience working in a cocktail bar & we welcome motivated beginners.
• Excited to learn and develop your bar skills.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be passionate about mixology and customer relationship.
• Have a team spirit.
• Attention to details and customer needs.
• Fluent level of English.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
