Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organise and managethe production of juices, syrups, etc for a smooth operation of the bar.
- Ensure adequate stockis available for the Bartenders, prior to their shift (fruits, herbs,garnishes, spirits, syrups, glassware, tools, etc.).
- Ensure a steadysupply of perfectly cleaned and dried glassware is at the bartender’s disposalprior to their shift.
- Ensure the bar, backbar and the glassware storage areas are clean and tidy prior to the shift(including the crushed ice machine, juice machine and rubbish area).
- Pay attention topossible health hazards and regulation violations during the day and report tomanager.
- Apply all Food andBeverage and Safety Regulations.
About you:
- Desirable– Experience working in a cocktail bar & we welcome motivated beginners.
- Excitedto learn and develop your bar skills.
- Bepassionate about mixology and customer relationship.
- Attentionto details and customer needs.
- Fluentlevel of English.
- Proofof eligibility to work in the UK.
