We are currently looking for a full-time Nail Technician, specialising in manicures and pedicures, to become part of our passionate and dedicated team. We require Nail Technicians for our beautiful clinics across London and Cheltenham. Your specific clinic location will be reviewed and confirmed upon interview/offer.
About the position
Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for:
- Provide luxury Margaret Dabbs London manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments.
- Nail shaping, buffing, and cuticle care.
- Apply CND Shellac and other high-quality nail polish brands.
- Hand and Foot Massage.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients from the moment they enter the salon.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Address any client concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they leave satisfied with their experience.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and suggest MDL products that can enhance and prolong their results.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised according to health and safety standards.
- Follow all hygiene protocols to provide a safe and comfortable experience for clients.
- Work collaboratively with other nail technicians and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the salon.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and service quality.
- Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as directed by the line manager.
Our requirements
You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position:
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy Qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ Spa/Clinic experience.
- Exceptional people skills dealing with all customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- The ability to work under pressure and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated.
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be capable of building strong and professional relationships.
