Waitress/Bar Staff in Guildford

We are looking for holiday staff to join our team at Sen Viet Quan! A Vietnamese restaurant dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience that combines authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waitstaff and Bartenders.

Duties

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience.
• Present and explain menu items, providing informed recommendations on Vietnamese cuisine and beverages.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Set up and monitor tables to respond to guest needs in a proactive and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Vietnamese specialty cocktails.
• Manage transactions and operate POS systems accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Availability during peak hours – offer a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
