Front of House Staff in Guildford

K-Town Guildford is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House team members to help us deliver a warm, welcoming experience as we open in November. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating a great first impression and ensuring smooth, friendly service throughout each guest’s visit. A passion for hospitality and an interest in Korean cuisine are highly valued.

This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Duties

• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain a clean, organised dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
• Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
• Provide support to guests with on-table grilling, including setup, safety guidance, and cooking tips.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices.
• Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for Korean food and culture is a bonus.
