We are currently looking for a full-time beauty therapist to become part of our passionate and dedicated team. As part of your regular schedule, you will be expected to work at least one weekend day. Part time and full time positions available and please note this position includes weekends.
As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty treatments and services to our clients:
- Provide luxury Margaret Dabbs London manicures, pedicures and nail treatments.
- Nail shaping, buffing and cuticle care.
- Apply CND Shellac and other high-quality nail polish brands.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients from the moment they enter the salon.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Address any client concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they leave satisfied with their experience.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and suggest MDL products that can enhance and prolong their results.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised according to health and safety standards.
- Follow all hygiene protocols to provide a safe and comfortable experience for clients.
- Work collaboratively with other beauty therapists and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and service quality.
- Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager/FOH Manager.
Experience in performing the following beauty treatments in a professional work environment:
- Eyebrow Tinting
- Facial and Body Waxing (preferably trained in using Lycon Wax)
- Lash and Eyebrow Tinting
- Eyelash Lifting and Brow Lamination
- Full Body Massage
- Holistic Massage – (Reflexology)
Our Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy Qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ Spa/Clinic experience.
- Exceptional people skills dealing with all customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- The ability to work under pressure and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated.
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be capable of building strong and professional relationships.
