ExperienceFirst is a global travel brand founded in New York in 2009. We run private, high-quality experiences across North America and Europe, including destinations like New York, Paris and Barcelona. We’re growing into new locations and refining what we offer. Our focus is simple: fewer, better experiences that feel thoughtful, well-run and genuinely special. This role will help us do exactly that.
We’re looking for someone with strong local connections in the travel and hospitality space. You know where to find high-quality private experiences. You understand what feels premium versus what simply looks good online. You likely have relationships with guides, boutique operators, venues or specialist hosts. Your role will be to help us identify and introduce exceptional private travel experiences in your local area. This will be a flexible, part-time, independent contractor position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Identify strong local operators and private experiences aligned with our premium positioning
- Make introductions to suppliers and help open initial conversations
- Provide informed insight into reputation, pricing level and operational setup
- Share context on how an experience fits within the local market
- Surface opportunities we would not easily discover remotely
Where needed, you may also:
- Visit shortlisted experiences and complete structured evaluation feedback
- Flag potential risks or quality concerns
You will not manage day-to-day operations or supplier contracts. Your role is focused on sourcing, introductions and providing an informed local perspective.

You might currently have region specific expertise and work as:
