This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Audiences and Marketing team at the Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities, as the Centre prepares to open to the public with its Cultural Programme in April 2026.
Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Audience and Campaigns Manager will take responsibility for a defined portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns, working alongside a second Audience and Campaigns Manager to deliver shared audience and organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns supporting the Centre’s cultural programme and wider public and commercial offer.
- Translate audience strategy into effective, insight-led campaign plans that reach new and diverse audiences, build loyalty and repeat attendance.
- Manage campaign budgets and media spend, ensuring value for money and contributing to ROI and performance reporting.
- Commission and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content and assets across digital and offline channels, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
This fixed-term role has been created to support the launch and early development of the Schwarzman Centre’s public programme and Audiences and Marketing function during a period of growth.
About You
You are an experienced and highly motivated marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns in a cultural, consumer or audience-facing environment. You are confident managing complex portfolios of work, budgets and media spend, and using audience insight and performance data to make evidence-based decisions and achieve strong, measurable outcomes. You will bring a collaborative approach and professional credibility to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, alongside creativity, attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive and accessible marketing. You will be motivated by the opportunity to help shape ways of working and audience approaches within a new team at a significant moment in the Centre’s development.
