Experience Education is seeking a Chef de parti for a winter season based at one of our Alpine club hotels. You will cook hands-on with the kitchen team, manage stock, and ensure health and safety standards in a French kitchen environment.
You will lead the junior brigade when needed, welcome feedback from guests, and help provide staff meals to keep the team motivated throughout the season. A strong team ethic and practical, can-do attitude are essential.
