Skibound is seeking a Chef de parti for a winter season at one of our French Alps club hotels. You’ll work hands-on with the kitchen team, lead junior staff when required, and manage stock while upholding health and safety standards. Training will be provided on French kitchen practices.
You’ll learn from the Head Chef and share your knowledge with others, while remaining approachable so the team can come to you for help. The role emphasizes teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude.
