Skibound is seeking a Chef de parti to lead a kitchen team across a multi-site club hotel operation in the French Alps for winter 26/27. You will cook to set menus, manage stock, ensure HACCP compliance and deliver meals for guests and staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will learn from senior chefs, share experience with junior teammates, and enjoy a supportive, teamwork-driven culture while handling end-to-end kitchen tasks and seasonal duties.
