A winter season with Skibound is like no other. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, we offer a unique ski experience to budding skiers from all over the world with school and youth groups at the heart of our business. You will be based in Les Deux Alpes. This high-altitude resort is now well established on the European ski map, set in a high, sunny valley bordered on both sides by steep east and west-facing slopes. Les Deux Alpes is home to The Mont de Lans Glacier which is Europe’s largest skiable glacier at over 3200m, meaning that snow is guaranteed at whatever time of the year.

This role effectively sees you as the fountain of knowledge for everything ski and activities within the Resort ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests. When in Resort, you are the happy charismatic face of Skibound and will ensure communication during the guest’s holiday is clear, organised and positive. Working with your team members, you will be the fountain of knowledge on everything ski including managing ski equipment, fitting ski equipment, ordering lift passes, confirming ski school, arranging, and leading apres-ski activities as key components. Your experience, training and research of ski equipment and the resort itself will allow you to respond to clients’ questions/problems promptly and accurately. A high level of organization and responsibility is required to fulfil your potential in this role.

You will also be integral in ensuring things are running smoothly behind the scenes including cash handling, completing stock and financial paperwork, accident forms and liaising with accommodation departments including Hotel Management and resort ski schools. You will be key to ensuring the correct numbers are liaised between the hotel management, kitchen and transport week in week out as well as ensuring restaurant dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the accommodation. You will not simply be hiding away in the ski room; expect to be out front leading and inspiring the kids through evening activities like disco, quiz, crepe making and talent show. The bigger the character the better!

We are looking for positive, can-do individuals who share our teamwork ethos. Ensure the NPS end of stay questionnaires are completed and strive to ensure you get a 10 out of 10 rating week in and week out.
