You will be approachable and fair, so your team will feel comfortable coming to you for support. Leading by example will assist you to ensure your staff work at maximum efficiency within available hours. Each day will vary slightly over the winter season so it is important to be flexible with the operational needs, but some of your key duties will range from creating staff rotas, liaising with HR and head office in the UK, reporting into your Hotel Manager and department checks to ensure standards are met.

We are looking for positive, can-do individuals who share our teamwork ethos. Previous management or team leader experience is essential – preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Knowledge of kitchen operations is a strong advantage. A strong customer service background. Any overseas, seasonal experience is a bonus! Responsible, reliable, and happy to take the lead.
