Skibound is seeking a passionate Chef de parti for the winter season, based at one of our French Alps club hotels. You will cook alongside the team, lead junior chefs when needed, and ensure high hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.
You will work with the Head/Sous Chef, manage stock, and contribute to guest meals and staff meals. A strong teamwork ethos and willingness to train others are essential for success.
