We are looking for an Account Director to join a team that covers data quality software sales to clients across Retail, Financial Services, Gaming, Fintech, Public Sector and Utilities sector. This role suits someone with software sales experience who can construct and execute against solution led sales opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager for Data Quality Sales, you will manage a personal target and focus on upselling additional products and services into an existing set of client accounts. In addition, you will also target new logo clients and develop our market leading propositions. You will take ownership of tasks such as sales forecasting and reporting and management of sales performance against KPIs.
As a Senior member of the sales team, you will act as a role model performer to more junior members of the team and set the standards that others will follow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, works well in a target-driven role and is eager to continue their career progression. Communication is important and this role will suit someone who enjoys learning, can move at pace and lead from the front.
The role:
- Manage the entire sales process from deal qualification to close.
- Meet/exceed sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with other teams such as Customer Success, Pre Sales and Marketing and GTM Sales.
- Make decisive decisions and move at pace.
- Proactively develop other team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record selling data governance/data quality solutions.
- Experience selling SaaS products within the Insurance sector is a benefit.
- Determined to succeed.
