We are looking for a passionate SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Acquisition, you will help ensure our brand stands out in search results, educating consumers about credit, driving traffic to experian.co.uk, and boosting new customer acquisitions for our Credit Score and Credit Comparison products.
Responsibilities:
- Improve Organic Growth: Increase traffic and acquire new and existing customers through organic search and all channels where there is an opportunity for our brand to appear where consumers are searching. Eg. Google, Bing, YouTube, Tik Tok, AI chatbots.
- SEO Strategy Ownership: Take charge of the end-to-end SEO strategy, collaborating with stakeholders for approval and execution.
- Performance Measurement: Lead measurement and reporting efforts to monitor and enhance performance, using SEO tools and developing top-notch reporting dashboards with our analytics team and external agencies.
- Forecasting & Planning: Predict SEO channel performance and integrate insights into broader marketing plans and targets.
- SEO Advocacy: Be the SEO champion within Experian, explaining SEO concepts to non-SEO stakeholders in an exciting and engaging way, ensuring it is an important consideration in all new initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly present SEO performance to senior stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Agency Management: Oversee external SEO agency relationships, including contracting, budget management, and performance evaluation.
- AI Expertise: Lead the business in measuring AI's impact on traffic, staying ahead of changes, and preparing strategies to ensure we appear in the right places with the right content.
Qualifications:
- SEO Marketing experience gained within a consumer brand, having designed and owned the end to end SEO strategy.
- Experience using multiple social media and search channels to increase traffic and measuring performance.
- Experience managing external partners.
- Experience using AI to drive traffic.
