We're looking for a great Senior Product Manager to join the Ecosystem team in ECS and help continue innovating and creating a first-class ecosystem. You'll report to the Head of Product and you will own and develop our core product capabilities and experiences. You will also champion the role of the ecosystem throughout the business. You'll do this through discovery, innovation and development of great technology and engagement user experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to help create the product strategy
  • Define near and long-term road maps, associated goals, objectives and key results
  • Understand and drive performance against both commercial and non-commercial KPIs
  • Partner with product, tech and experience design teams to identify and deliver impactful user and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams when taking your product or features to market
  • Build an understanding of user and market insight and facilitate user research/testing as part of validating ideas and identifying user problems to solve
  • Work with the team to deliver prototypes and early experimentation
  • Balance core product feature development and capability improvement with new innovation

Experience and Skills

  • Consumer product management experience and customer journey experience including A/B optimisation and feature experimentation testing
  • Product passion and obsession for product performance metrics and feedback
  • Experience in Agile delivery/development methodologies
  • An analytical approach and able to use innovative thinking
  • To like working in a team and have a positive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to synthesise data insights and customer research
  • Experience growing demand and engagement in your given product
  • Run or participate in design sprints
