What the job involves

The in-house Creative Studio plays a critical role in how the Experian brand shows up across paid, owned and earned channels — not just in how we look, but how we perform. This is a senior, hybrid role sitting at the intersection of creative strategy, motion design and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for shaping insight‑led creative thinking and bringing it to life through best‑in‑class motion and video output. You’ll work across the full funnel — from shaping big ideas and creative territories, to producing high‑performing assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll also play a key role in elevating craft, mentoring junior creatives and pushing the studio’s creative ambition forward.

Creative Strategy & Concept Development: Develop creative strategies for performance marketing, mid‑funnel campaigns, paid social, and video. Transform audience insight, product positioning and brand benefits into sharp, actionable creative direction. Bring energy and clarity to every brief, responding with strong strategic thinking, rich creative territories, and standout big ideas that drive engagement and results.

Motion Design & Content Creation: Create polished, on‑brand and platform creative for paid & organic social, performance marketing and YouTube. Producing, editing and delivering motion graphics for multi‑channel campaigns will be a core part of your workload, using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Performance‑Led Creativity: Create ideas designed to be tested, iterated and optimised, embedding performance best practice into all outputs.

Creative direction: Work closely with copywriters, designers, marketers and channel teams to help bring your creative ideas to life.

Orchestrate: Run creative workshops, reviews and optimisation sessions. Able to navigate and balance stakeholder feedback effectively.

AI native: Use generative imagery and video tools to support ideation, exploration, and production efficiency. Comfortable with automation, adapting, versioning and resizing assets efficiently.

Project management: Manage work effectively using tools such as Monday.com, ensuring deadlines, formats, and delivery standards are consistently met.
