Why this role is important to us
Experian's Software Solutions Partnerships team plays a critical role in evolving our global partner ecosystem. As we expand internationally, we need a specialist who can promote high-quality commercial contracting, ensure compliance across diverse regulatory environments, and support the success of our strategic partner relationships. Your work will directly support how we grow safely, responsibly, and at scale.
Work that matters – What you’ll do
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts including MSAs, NDAs, reseller and channel agreements.
- Ensure all agreements meet legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards, including GDPR.
- Update contract templates and drive best-practice contracting processes across global partnerships.
- Advise our teams (Sales, Product, Delivery) on commercial and contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
- Help develop global contracting procedures.
- Manage partner-related risk, security, and compliance engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Qualifications
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Experience in commercial contracting or contract management.
- A legal background (degree or equivalent hands-on contractual expertise).
- Capability to interpret, draft, and negotiate complex commercial terms.
- Proficiency in English, with the confidence to influence partners at all levels.
- Experience working with international regulatory frameworks.
- Judgement to operate autonomously and build relationships within a collaborative global environment.
