Experian in the UK is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join the UKI HR team on a 14-month fixed-term basis in our Nottingham office.

You will partner with business areas, provide employment law guidance and support to manage people risks and change initiatives.

You will coach managers, lead ER case work across the UK&I, collaborate with HRBPs on restructures and TUPE, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
