We’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive to sit at the heart of our product and marketing teams in Experian Consumer Services. This is not a traditional downstream role – you’ll be embedded in the product development process from day one, helping shape what we build, how we position it, and how we bring it to life for customers. You’ll play a key role in turning product features into compelling customer narratives, using insight, storytelling, and AI‑driven tools to scale impact. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a strategic product marketer.

What You’ll Contribute To

  • Proposition & positioning development
    • Support the development of target customer segment and value propositions
    • Help translate product features into clear, benefit‑led messaging guides
    • Assist in refining how new products fit within the wider product and brand ecosystem
    • Own the claims building and testing process end‑to‑end
  • Customer insight & understanding
    • Build a strong understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and motivations
    • Help synthesise insights into clear, actionable outputs for product and marketing teams
    • Share customer insight and competitive intelligence across the organisation to improve decision‑making
  • Go‑to‑market execution
    • Support the delivery of go‑to‑market plans for new features, products, and updates
    • Help ensure messaging is clear and consistent across the customer journey
    • Contribute to launch activities, campaign briefs, and internal alignment
    • Track performance and support optimisation based on data and feedback
  • Storytelling & narrative
    • Develop clear, engaging narratives that bring product value to life for customers
    • Write and refine messaging for different audiences and channels
    • Help simplify complex ideas into accessible, compelling communication
  • AI & ways of working
    • Use AI tools to support research, and go‑to‑market efficiency
    • Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve speed and quality of output
    • Contribute to evolving how product marketing uses AI across the team

Qualifications

  • Product marketing experience in a consumer‑led organisation
  • Experience creating clear and compelling messaging on products and features
  • Sense of curiosity and interest in learning new skills
  • Interest in experimenting with AI tools
  • Any fintech experience is desirable
