We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Score and Report team at an important moment for our direct to consumer products. We have just launched a brand-new credit score that better reflects our customers' financial lives. We are now entering our next phase, expanding our offering to become the most accurate and comprehensive credit score. You will report to the Head of Product and you will have an exciting role to play in defining and shaping important parts of our credit score and report experiences. You will work with multiple teams to build personalised products to help millions of customers better understand and improve their financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product strategy for the Score and Report domain working with the Head of Product and the Product Director.
  • Identify what will create value for users and the business, translating deep customer understanding into well-crafted product decisions that balance user experience, technical constraints, and commercial goals.
  • Take ideas from concept through validation, launch and iteration, using user insights, market trends, data and analytics to measure what matters, spot opportunities and problems early.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery, partnering with engineering, design, research, data, compliance, marketing and other product domains to shape your roadmap and achieve it.
  • Use a rich data set to create meaningful, personalised experience, including credit data and Open Banking data, to support our customers in achieving their financial goals.

Qualifications

  • You have built great consumer facing products in FinTech or regulated environments and you have driven products from ideation all the way through to execution.
  • You have a great sense of what great customer experiences look like and can instinctively assess whether the feature idea or design is valuable, usable and linked to the product strategy.
  • You can break down complex problems in a systematic way and solve them balancing customer needs and commercial metrics.
  • You are a great storyteller who inspires others towards a common goal.
  • You are data savvy and have worked with data scientists or analysts to define metrics, run experiments and create measurable impact.
  • You have good product judgment and are comfortable making decisions in situations where there is no obvious answer.
  • You are a great collaborator who can work with diverse teams.
  • You understand how AI and personalisation can create better customer outcomes, and you are excited to explore what is possible.
