We are looking for a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and commercial success of our Consumer Information and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, one of our newest and most exciting products. You will take full end-to-end ownership of a growing solution that helps customers make faster, smarter, and more efficient affordability decisions.

Reporting into our Head of Product, you will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and shaping the product roadmap to deliver measurable value for both customers and the business. • Lead product discovery activities, translating customer insight, data, and commercial opportunities into prioritised product requirements, user stories, and roadmap initiatives.
  • Own the commercial performance of the product, developing business cases, assessing ROI, supporting pricing and proposition decisions, and ensuring products deliver measurable customer and business value.
  • Define, monitor, and optimise product KPIs, using data-driven insights to improve adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and value realisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and using customer feedback, market insight, and usage analytics to shape product strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with Commercial, Sales, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Data Science, and Executive stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance product capabilities, improve customer outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and create competitive advantage.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage product, commercial, operational, and regulatory risks while influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment, secure investment, and support strategic product decisions.

Qualifications

  • B2B Product Management experience within financial services or fintech.
  • Proven track record of managing products through multiple product lifecycles and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience developing and executing product strategies based on market insight, customer feedback, and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience building business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and delivering value realisation.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer teams to drive product growth.
  • Experience using AI tools within product lifecycle.
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide prioritisation, performance management, and investment decisions.
  • Balance customer needs, commercial objectives, technical considerations, and risk management requirements.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, proposition development, and commercial product management.
