We are seeking a passionate product leader with expertise in designing world-class B2B SaaS experiences and applying technology to solve complex customer problems. As the Senior Product Manager for Ascend Studio, you will lead product strategy and customer design to launch the AI-first fraud and credit risk management platform. This role requires navigating a matrixed organization across multiple product portfolios. Experience leading large-scale global software launches is advantageous. This hybrid role is based in London and reports to the VP of Product for the Ascend Platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and align the product vision for Ascend Studio with customer needs and company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end customer experience for Ascend Studio.
- Develop strategic vision for AI-enabled workflows, strategies, and insights across credit, identity, and fraud use cases.
- Coordinate with multiple partner product teams to agree on a unified backlog.
- Collaborate with regional product leaders to ensure prioritization aligns across the global portfolio.
- Conduct client-centered research with UX, regional product, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights that shape the global roadmap.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform product strategies and success metrics.
- Manage the product roadmap and oversee successful releases.
- Advocate for the product across the broader organization.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
- Provide leadership within the Identity and Fraud portfolio, including roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies to maximize client impact.
