What the job involves

As Product & Proposition Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how EMS products and capabilities are positioned in the market. You'll develop differentiated propositions, clear messaging, and compelling product marketing assets that drive customer engagement and commercial growth—ensuring EMS stands out in a competitive landscape. This is a Hybrid, London or Nottingham-based role (40% in the office) reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement for Marketing Services.

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing and propositions across the Experian Marketing Services portfolio
  • Develop an understanding of EMS markets, buyers, sectors and use cases to inform clear positioning and messaging
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning and propositions
  • Define and maintain value propositions, positioning and narrative that differentiate EMS products and capabilities in market
  • Partner with Product Management to translate product capabilities, roadmaps and strategic plans into market‑ready propositions
  • Create high‑quality product marketing assets that articulate EMS value, including messaging frameworks, decks, use cases and supporting content
  • Support go‑to‑market planning and product launches, ensuring Marketing Services products are clearly positioned and well understood
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement, Go‑To‑Market and Marketing teams to improve market awareness and engagement while ensuring all product and proposition messaging is accurate, compliant and fit for purpose
