Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Optimisation Manager to join our Consumer Services function to own and deliver the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap. You will be focused on improving the current commercial performance of the product through cross‑sell and upsell, as well as experimenting with new product ideas and testing the impact of new feature releases.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap.
- Own the targeting and personalization capabilities and testing roadmap, consistently improving relevant and timely customer experiences.
- Monitor conversion rate performance across all commercial journeys and provide regular analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Lead end‑to‑end optimisation and feature testing, managing technical delivery through agile processes and analysing performance, engagement, revenue impact, risks and commercial opportunities.
- Lead quarterly customer journey mapping sessions with Product and Marketing to translate insights into creative solutions that enhance the online user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in a CRO / optimisation / personalization / e‑commerce role using CRO tools and platforms.
- Experience running targeted and personalised testing.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and testing feature releases.
- Highly numerate and data‑driven.
- Flexibility to work in a cross‑functional environment with multiple priorities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using analytics and session replay tools.
