What you'll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality software solutions within agreed timelines, ensuring alignment with business requirements and agile principles.
- Building scalable, maintainable and performant REST APIs with microservices.
- Writing high-quality unit and integration tests.
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
- Conducting code reviews.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Java development.
- Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux as a primary role.
- Proficiency in AWS SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, EC2, EKS, Lambda, Step Functions, and Glue.
- Kubernetes (Docker, Kustomization).
- Search engine querying (Solr / OpenSearch).
- Should be able to take ownership of Java applications.
- Microservices, Build and deployments with Jenkins, Harness etc.
- Contributing to design and architecture of Enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Scala.
