Requirements
- Good understanding of both automation & manual QA principles, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
- Background performing domain and exploratory testing and think about test coverage from a user and risk/impact perspective.
- Experience with a variety of testing tools for web and mobile applications including but not limited to: Android studio, Datadog, Postman, VS code, Github, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with updating tests in Playwright & Postman automation frameworks.
- Experience in providing test coverage and confidence to deadlines.
- Experience testing Flutter-based mobile applications is desirable.

- You will operate within a cross‑functional team and work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to support quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- You will need to have a strong QA foundation and enjoy understanding how systems work, identifying risk, and collaborating with others to deliver reliable, user-focused solutions.
- Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager.
- Owning testing activities for your team's features, ensuring quality is considered from refinement through to release.
- Actively reviewing and challenging requirements and acceptance criteria, asking questions to uncover risk early.
- Identifying edge cases, data issues, and user-impacting scenarios across new and existing functionality.
- Performing testing across multiple environments, devices, and clients, including: Web (cross-browser) and Mobile (iOS & Android).
- Collaborating closely with engineers to support integration and end-to-end testing efforts.
- Help define appropriate test coverage based on system behaviour, user journeys, change impact, and risk via Domain, exploratory and risk-based testing.
- Own and contribute to the team's defect backlog, supporting prioritisation discussions with the Product Owner.
- Support daily release activities by providing clear input on release confidence and risk.
- Help with the investigation of production issues, using logs or monitoring tools to support triage and resolution.
