You will play an important part in ensuring our most important supplier deals are commercially sound whilst legally compliant, and in consideration of our strategic goals. You will also contribute to technology, policy and process improvements we make to ensure that we continue to deliver an excellent service.
What you'll do:- Negotiate, draft, and advise on complex supplier contracts - whether UK-focused, multi-region or global.
- Partner with other teams to negotiate strategic, high-value deals.
- Manage legal, regulatory, and supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with other legal specialists on disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Support contract template updates and management.
- Help keep us delivering an excellent service through technology, policy and process improvements through innovation.
- UK qualified solicitor or Legal Executive.
- High value commercial contracts exposure and a working knowledge of laws relevant to a business like Experian.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal and operational risks with our goals.

We are a flexible employer and would be open to considering this role on a part-time basis (3-4 days a week). This is a hybrid-based role (40% office base).
