We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Identity and Fraud Product Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aspirations of becoming a Product Manager to grow their career within product management whilst taking ownership of established identity services.
Reporting into the Head of Product you will support a team of Product Managers, while also taking ownership of many services and product initiatives. You will help the team deliver value to customers by managing priorities and backlogs, while building an understanding of our products, clients, and markets.
Responsibilities:- Own Product Initiatives and Services:
- Take ownership of several services and manage their daily running
- Support with product related queries
- Manage product documentation, ensuring it is up to date and accurate
- Support GTM and rollout activities by contributing to product and sales materials
- Support the Product Team:
- Support Product Managers in the management of products and services within the Identity portfolio
- Help with backlog management, roadmap tracking and migration planning
- Support with the execution of the business' strategy
- Monitor progress of initiatives and help surface risks and dependencies
- Stakeholder Engagement and Ways of Working:
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders across product, technology, compliance, delivery and GTM teams to understand needs, challenges and opportunities
- Help track progress and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Manage multiple workstreams in parallel, maintaining momentum and focus
- Learning and Development:
- Build an understanding of the identity market, our customers and regulatory environment
- Develop practical knowledge of product management tools and best practices
- Learn to balance customer needs and priorities, and then apply this in your work
We are not necessarily looking for prior product management experience. Instead, we are looking for someone who shows the mindset and behaviours required to succeed in product.
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Curious and motivated to learn about customers and markets
- Work collaboratively across teams and disciplines
- Business and Product related qualifications
- Experience working in a digital, technology, data, or service‑based role
- Exposure to Agile delivery approaches
- Experience gathering requirements, coordinating projects, or managing stakeholders
- Interest in product management, identity, technology, or financial services
