Are you the person who always asks, “Is that safe?” or “Could this be better?” If so, this is your chance to turn that curiosity into a career! We have an exciting opportunity to join Experian as a Health and Safety (H&S) apprentice. Reporting into the Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you'll be part of a team that champions best practice and creates safer workplaces for everyone.
Throughout this apprenticeship, you'll learn how to promote safety culture across all of our sites. You'll get hands-on experience with data analysis, incident reporting and closing out audit actions, while helping to improve processes. As you progress, you'll take on health and safety audits independently and contribute to new projects that drive continuous improvement. You’ll also support our sustainability strategy and help us meet our climate targets as we decarbonise our business and reduce our impact on natural resources.
This apprenticeship is centered on office environments and corporate safety culture, not traditional construction site safety. It's a role which requires an organised approach to tasks, creation of practical solutions to problems and clear communication as you'll work with a variety of people.
Alongside your role, you'll study towards a Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician apprenticeship provided by the University of Lincoln. Our apprenticeships are permanent opportunities, and you'll take part in our 2 year structured Early Careers Development Programme which is packed with workshops, short-courses and online material designed to help kick-start your career.
