We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to report into our Chief Product Officer within Experian's Credit Verification Services team, who help businesses make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions. Our solutions sit at the heart of trust and transparency, supporting organisations to verify identities, assess risk, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
As part of a collaborative and innovative environment, you'll contribute to products that impact millions of people, working at the intersection of data, technology, and real-world outcomes.
Work that matters – What you'll do:- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings (including across multiple time zones).
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, agendas and meeting minutes, with clear tracking of actions.
- Handle confidential information and documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices within the deadline.
- Provide essential administrative support including room bookings, onboarding coordination, facilities and IT liaison.
- Partner with EAs and PAs across Experian to deliver seamless leadership, customer, supplier and Board‑related meetings.
- Support team communications, events and engagement activities across the region.
- Experience supporting Senior Executives, within a large or global organisation.
- Excellent diary, organisational and administration skills.
- IT proficiency across Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities.
- Credible delivering with impact to senior partners.
- Comfortable challenging constructively to clarify priorities and keep things moving.
