This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Experian Consumer Service team where every day you will make a positive difference to the lives of our customers. Using your strong communication and written skills you will guide customers through their Credit Report and Score queries. Youβll have the chance to impress every time by delivering an exceptional customer experience, and in return will receive ongoing development and career progression opportunities.
You will also:
- Support customers with queries through inbound telephone calls, emails or our live webchat facility
- Complete an average of 25-30 customer calls per day
- Provide a great and memorable customer experience
- Understand regulatory requirements and remain compliant
- Continue to develop knowledge
Experience and Skills:
- Experience delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Experience working in a target environment
- A high level of resilience communicating with customers
- Preferable previous call center experience
