Job Description As our Marketing Insight Manager in our Consumer Services function, youll play a pivotal role in owning the insight agenda for our brand and marketing activity, shaping what we need to learn, why it matters, and how those insights influence brand strategy, campaigns and business decisions.
Working closely with the Brand Marketing team, youll turn customer, brand and market understanding into actionable recommendations that improve performance and drive growth.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong technical expertise in marketing insight.
You'll bring experience working with established consumer brands, leading brand tracking programmes, evaluating campaign effectiveness and translating complex data into compelling stories that influence senior stakeholders.
You'll be equally comfortable asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and ensuring insight leads to action.
