We are looking for a UX Content Designer, reporting into our small but high impact Customer Experience team at Experian Data Quality (EDQ). You will be part of a central product team, crafting clear, consistent, and user-centred content across our key markets: the UK & Ireland, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. From intuitive product UI to helpful documentation, onboarding journeys, and in-product messaging, you will design content that makes complex things simple and experiences seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver content across multiple touchpoints:
  • Product UI
  • Help and support docs
  • Emails and in-product messaging
  • E-learning and onboarding content
  • Internal and customer-facing comms
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and SMEs to align content with user needs and business goals.
  • Champion plain language, accessibility, and inclusive design.
  • Conduct content audits and use data to iterate and improve.
  • Maintain and evolve our content guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Put fair customer treatment at the heart of everything you do.
  • Qualifications

    • University graduate, or equivalent qualifications or experience
    • Experience in UX content design, editorial UX, or similar, ideally in a tech environment.
    • A portfolio that shows your range across digital products and services.
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Lucid, Confluence, and Jira.
    • A user-first mindset and experience with inclusive, accessible content.
    • Confident presenting to stakeholders.
    • Experience distilling complex ideas into clear, helpful content.

    Desirable

    • Experience working in Agile teams.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
    • Experience adapting content for global audiences.
    • Familiarity with enterprise software or data platforms.
